Whilst some agencies do charge retainers, their principle earnings are based on commission only. The commissions payable can be a very large portion of the sales price achieved, sometimes even up to 10%. Due to the industry being unregulated, some agents employ high pressure sales techniques which lead to potential clients signing expensive and often difficult to terminate contracts. This in turn frequently leads to costly exiting penalties, whereby the agents themselves have done very little work in obtaining the deal.

 

 

 

At Saxe Coburg Corporate Limited we are adopting a completely different approach. We are particularly targeting discrete business sales through our own professional contacts and using the expertise provided by Bizpedia UK Limited, which embodies an extensive network of connections. We will prepare a detailed report of your business at the point of sale for which we will make a fixed charge. This report will cover aspects of your legal title, contracts, an analysis of your accounts and informed discussion as to how to market your business, as well as how to agree an appropriate sales price.

We are also very happy to work with your existing professional advisers as appropriate, and we can in certain circumstances assist buyers with their own financing arrangements if necessary.

 

 

 

The directors of Saxe Coburg Corporate Limited are Maximillian De Kment and Peter John Fowler. Maximillian built a business in London in his early 20's and sold it for multi millions. He now owns and runs 6 businesses. With 30 years experience in buying and selling businesses and having owned an estate agency for 30 years, his knowledge is extremely valuable, as he can advise on the value and potential of re developing the land and buildings that your business occupies.. Peter John Fowler BA Solicitor is a very experienced commercial business and property lawyer, with over 40 years’ experience in the field. Peter is a former president of the Bournemouth and District Law Society and has also been chairman of the Canford School Society Charity for many years. The business experience of Max and Peter, coupled with the business connections of Bizapedia’s Managing Director Josh Williams - who was the South Coast Young Entrepreneur of the year 2014 - brings a wide range of expertise to the company.
